FEES & INSURANCE
At this time, I am only accepting private pay & out-of-network insurance plans for individual and relationship therapy.
I can accept BCBSMA for individual therapy only.
I have included a resource here that offers critical insight regarding the burdensome & negative impacts of insurance entities on clients and providers alike. Whether you utilize benefits or private pay, informed consent remains critical.
If opting to pursue a private pay option for therapy, relationship counseling, or EMDR, please review information regarding standard and reduced sliding scale fees below:

STANDARD SLIDING SCALE FEES:

The slide below reflects a starting base and scales at an increase to reflect a pay-it-forward cap. Those with financial flexibility can choose to pay at an increase to support service seekers with ongoing economic and financial strain, in accessing openings on a significantly reduced rate tier.

50 minutes individual therapy or EMDR: $155-185
55 minutes relationship counseling: $205-250
Professional Consultation: $160-195

CHOOSING WHAT TO PAY ON A SLIDING SCALE:

Placing oneself on a sliding scale determines the amount of reduced rate spaces a provider can make available for folks in need of lower session fees. For those with steady earned income, inherited wealth and/or familial financial support, please reference the articles linked below for determining how to appropriately place yourself on a sliding scale:

REDUCED SLIDING SCALE FEES:

For those who cannot afford the traditional cost of psychotherapy due to economic & financial strain, I welcome you to opt into a significantly reduced rate slot. Priority for these spaces will be given to BIPOC, and transgender/nonbinary people.

Because reduced rate spaces tend to fill quickly, and remain occupied longer. I've constructed an ever-growing list of targeted resources to explore, which can be accessed here.
